Ingredientes:
Hígado de pollo (o de vacuno) 800g
2 zanahorias
1 cebolla grande
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
100 ml de nata para cocinar
120g de mantequilla
Hierbas provenzales
Nuez moscada
Sal
Ingredients:
Chicken (or beef) liver 800g
2 carrots
1 large onion
4 tablespoons of olive oil
100 ml of cooking cream
120g butter
Provencal herbs
Nutmeg
Salt
