Technical Data:
This is a fantasy soccer league featuring teams from a game on RPoL.net called "Federation of Comorian". The '48 refers to the year (estimated 3236), but for the sake of argument we'll say soccer isn't played with jetpacks by then. All player run nations have custom players with randomly generated stats and appearances, all teams are between 0.5 and 3 stars (out of 5) in terms of strength.

Final Notes:
FIFA can't do CPU vs. CPU matches in Tournament Mode, it autosims the results. So, i'll be using a series of Exhibition matches on Legendary difficulty, then for the Tournament itself switch to Amateur to have the right people make the goals. It's easy enough in that mode anyway, and it will allow the Tournament stats to match the results i'm getting.
