Thank you for rescuing that deer. That could be a member of my family in the future if you hadn’t practiced on this gentle soul. God bless you all! Keep up the most amazing work that you do!

THANK YOU ALL OF YOU WONDERFUL GUYS! 👍👍WHAT A GREAT RESCUE! 👏👏 I love my deer here in Southeast Michigan. I hope and pray that cute deer didn't get frostbite from the icy water! Poor thing. She was completely exhausted. 🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌

I was glad to read above that they left the deer covered by "several blankets and heating pads," and that it was gone by the next morning. I'm afraid that many of the "ice rescues" of animals we see on youtube ultimately result in a dead animal, due to exposure. These guys -- being the experts they are -- understood that just getting it out of the water wasn't enough. Nice job guys!!

The animal should have been warmed up immediately and taken to the vet as it had frostbite and shock. Otherwise good job! But it was not dangerous for the rescuers in insulated protective clothing in the shallow ice water. But for the poor animal, every minute counted, completely in icewater.

Mans humanity. Preserve and help all creatures that can't help themselves. I so hope the deer survived. Some of these guys may be deer hunters. But at that time it doesn't matter.
