Standing guard passing is one of my favorite areas of BJJ. Recently we've been working on standing guard passing in the gym and I did this video to share some of the tips I stress with my students about developing a more effective standing guard passing game in BJJ.

Most people have plenty of techniques to work on and drill. But sometimes an idea or concept is even better. Having a few ideas to guide the techniques in BJJ can be really helpful.

In this video I give 3 techniques that have helped my standing guard passing game out a ton in BJJ.

I hope this video is helpful to you!

Thank you so much for the tips on my greatest weakness. However, one of my major issues when I try to pass is that I always get collected in the half guard. Any tips on that? Much appreciated!
