For example:

Its not a changing motivation every time you speak.

You need a positive motivation to stop stuttering over the long term. Not a negative motivation which is simply "i want to stop stuttering" which will get you started but its not enough to motivate you not to quit when it gets hard, as its not an easy road.

So a positive motivation would sustain your spirit much better. E.g. "i want to be a top sales person in my organisation, i want to be number one! so i need to work on my speech"

Once you emotionalise and internalize that motivation it becomes a positive intention to do something to start change, and then you consciously and subconsciously take new actions... and that brings back NEW and BETTER results.

    This is glorious, been searching for "reducing tension in stuttering" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Rincaas Stammify Blocker - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.
