Does the Secret Service plan all political rallies? This is the first time I've ever heard of this. They definitely deserve some of the blame. I haven't heard anything about the State or local law enforcement. Or Trump's private security. It's kind of odd that the right is conveniently blaming the Treasury department. The only institution that has been doing their best to hold officials accountable for their actions.
