WHAT IS SURVIVORS DISCUSS: Survivors Discuss is a collection of panel discussions with real-life survivors where we talk about the topics that affect survivors everyday. Each episode we will touch on a new topic.

For this panel, we sat down with 2 survivors of abuse - Phoenix and Rosalia - to discuss the importance of self-awareness and accountability in your healing process. Each panelist was asked to answer the following questions/prompts:
