I’m about to get one of these in the mail. I weighed around 240-250 and I started a diet and exercising now I’m down to 200. I won it as a prize in a healthy lifestyle contest. They’re letting us keep the exercise equipment that they gave us to help too. Thank you for this video, I’ve never used a Fitbit before and just wanted to know how to use it before I get it.

Thanks for this video. I just purchased my first fitbit and was stuck on getting started. The manual that came with the fitbit did not really explain clearly how to get started and how to do some basic operational tasks....but your video DID!!!!! Excellent explanations and examples by you. THANKS
