My desperate search on the Net is to find authenticity. Authentic people. Passion and communication. Takes a bit of time digging through the detritus to find what you want. Once I’ve found it, I stick with it. That’s why I’m here.
  • Personally, i enjoy hearing more about your personal life and the little experiments and whatnot. it seems more relaxing and less busy

hey man, i’m down for watching anything you put out. Do what your heart pleases.

I just love the sounds of the Australian birds

I love these types of videos too, Mark. People love you for your down to earth personality, sense of humour and above all your natural love for what you do in your garden or other interest. You are not forcing yourself to do something like other YouTube garden creators. You are genuine. You have an impressive orchard, garden, and poultry. Just put your stuff out there and they will come. Cheers, my friend :)

My wife and I love watching your show we have watched it from the very start, it’s fantastic, keep it up 👍
  • I love these video's, just as much as the others. Keep em coming, we love Mark and Self sufficient Me!
  • I enjoy taking a walk around your garden with you and you explaining what your plans are. To me gardens are a work in progress and transition. I get tired of only seeing the perfect and manicured ones.

I love listening to your nature sounds in the background. Everything looks great. Look at all the fruit! Wow! I love just walking around with you and listening to you talk. Thank you for uploading this video.

Love this type if vid, makes me happy, Enjoyed the mess also, shows the renos happens to all of us, always giving us an opportunity to reuse. Gardens are still producing even through the winter months.
  • I love the more in-depth videos, especially the tours of the garden & poultry pen, and experiments. Keep 'em coming! As you say, if we aren't interested, we'll skip that video, but I love learning new skills and experimenting to discover better ways of doing things. So, I say, "Go wild! Have fun!" We'll keep up and maybe egg you on.
  • Fishing, live stock, garden, gleaning, etc is all part of being self sufficient and homesteading to me.

G'Day Mark, you are a calming voice in a weary world, thank you for just being you. Evening on the US East Coast and watching you is a relaxing way to unwind and sometimes learn a thing or three. Let's get in to it!
