  • Its 4 am, i got fired today and now i am watching someone rate grass in a game. I think this is some new form of mental illness lol, great video

This video is gonna pop off - anyone that has played enough games knows how grass is often just straight up forgotten or incredibly ugly in games. It's not worth spending the resources on. But TOTK really went above and beyond with the environments and its incredible how not only does the grass in this game LOOK good - it has physics!

When I first got my mitts on TotK and started playing, I'd just finished reading Lord of the Rings, so naturally I am now firmly convinced that the trees of the Great Sky Island are mallorns. Hell, we could probably stretch silent princesses to be elanors too ^_^

this is one of the strangest totk vids ive watched but i appreciate it

7:58 — i will never not resent this circle of trees for remaining unaltered since botw but missing the associated shrine

I think this might be the epitome of the phrase "half joking". Obviously, singling out individual blades of grass is ridiculous, but the framing and delivery are so sincere, that the entire video fluctuates between sincerity and joking the entire way through. After that first reveal of a "favorite blade of grass", I was in a state of not-quite-laughing for the rest of the video.

Good grass video but how dare you call the Eldin grass patch average!!! The chances of such thick bladed stolon growth grass to thrive in a volcanic setting is a miraculous thing! Especially given that only 5(ish) years ago the air was too hot for foliage to grow--having not one but THREE species of flora to grow so high up on a volcano in less than 10 years is amazing. It's an A Tier, if not S Tier patch of grass for sure. You can even see the pieces of broken down sediment that give the grass the nutrients it needs to thrive and be so vibrant and green!!!!!!!

I’ve been looking for a channel just like this one to explain the technical marvel that is the Zelda series! Looking forward to more! Great quality video by the way

I could not tell this was a video with less than 1000 views. This is weirdly good.
