Life saver! Thank you! I've gone thru all the videos from the so-called "pro's" and they leave out so many important details. Small to them I'm sure, but important nonetheless. Thanks for being so thorough.

A BIG thanks, neighbor got a old scooter (no key, of course) and missing parts etc. I had to fix the battery cable and jump the ignition switch wiring and the start button was broken but looking at a wiring diagram and what I learned here I got it to crank and run without having to butcher the factory wiring. Now all it takes is money. I keep telling him it's not worth it but it's his money. Surprisingly, it appears to have a good battery after charging it up.

My wiring harness isa mess I like how u explain ever wire I hope I can figure it out I fried some of the wires in the wiring harness so I just take it all apart

Brilliant! Thanks for that, never found much info on my GY6 wiring. Less people seem to want to work on them in the UK or know much about them. Even for tuning kits it's mostly Stateside for the good stuff that's been tried and tested. Thanks again Kenneth.

I have a question for you. I have 150 cc Chinese. when I pull the brake to start the scooter digital screen reboots and start switch is not working. When brake is pulled no brake light comes on and my horn also is not working. It seems that brake switch and thereafter there is a short. When I short the starter relay it turns. What do you believe I have the problem of.

You did not mention the switch that has nothing but a single wire looped in to its own switch. Also I have an a/c cdi like you explained in detail but I also have a kymco which is a d/c cdi and it seems like the ignition and a few other things are different

I got a lance 149cc scooter...Im In need of alot of help I recently got a gy6 scooter the wire was completely everywhere in it the light were all hot wire on with a radio harness which made it more confusing I watch it video only problem for me is I need a complete break down from bare wire I want to redo the whole wire harness from Bak to front from battery to to lights can u help me pls

Hey man,ive got a 2021 vip 50cc.i just put a glixal big bore kit on it, now it doesn't want to start, valve lash is 4 thousand intake and 5 thousand exhaust,its started a couple times and sounds great but then I have to fight for a hour to get it started again,any ideas?

Where does the black and yellow striped coil coil wire connect up to I can't find a video about it. I have everything else ran correctly but my coil wire. Harness won't get spark from spark plug.
