My dad has multiple myeloma stage three. He was diagnosed in 2009 and given months to live as it was too advanced to treat. His bones were very porous and he lost the use of his right arm as the cancer ate his shoulder joint. He defied the odds and gained the use of his arm out of the blue one day, he continued to improve despite his prognosis. He kept fighting without treatment until he was well enough for a stem cell replacement. The procedure was a complete success and We'll be marking ten years cancer free next January and we can't wait!! Keep your head up because miracles certainly do happen!! **I hope Emily or Aisha sees this comment.
  • Ah Emily.. I really can’t thank you enough. I’ve been off work for 1 1/2 years with anxiety and severe panic attacks and since watching your videos, I’ve gone back. Every day I just think to myself “Emily gets up and goes to the gym every day and she has cancer... I have one little made up thing in my head, not even my body, and I “can’t” do things”. You’re an inspiration in every way 💗 ps u eat the skin on those kiwis girl 😂

i dont think you quite understand how incredible and inspiring you are, youve honestly changed my view on life
  • "I'm just at the front of the ride." That, my friend, is a powerful statement. Congratulations on the improvement of your hand. Your excitement is felt worldwide I believe. Much love from someone across the ocean in a little town of the US.

I don't think I have ever felt this kind of love and adoration for a stranger before but my heart is right there across the pond with you and Aisha. If anyone deserves miracles it is newlyweds with such positive, energetic and dedicated attitudes. I am cheering for you both and sending so many hugs your way, my beautiful stranger-friends. Cheers from Canada!

How amazing is this girl? Honestly, I've had a really bad night with anxiety. Im up at 1am watching your videos. Watching you be so grateful to have sense back in your hand.. so happy over something 99% of the population take for granted, is so humbling. You make me grateful for everything in my life. Emily, you are helping people and you're not gracing this planet anymore. You left a legacy. What an amazing, strong and beautiful soul <3

The only thing I look forward to right now in my life is an Emily update! - I get a boost seeing her so well and just nailing life like a boss and then I dance round my kitchen and I look at the world differently and I feel what it's like to dig deep and find empowerment after a long time self isolating due to depression - I'm not gonna be eating kiwi skins though ;D xx

Something you and aisha said really affected me that it's not the years I up u live that counts but the quality of the life you have. Someone could live miserably to the age of 102 and had a horrible life or live to 30 but of filled life with the best experiences and loved the most amazing people and been loved by them in return and the quality of the years is really what matters emily it really is. You've made me realise that and that cancer and any other illness or an accident even can happen to anyone at any time in our lives so we need live our lives to the best every day and every minute, I'm a mum and it's made me value my life and my children so much more thinking like that, I want everyday with my family and friends to be a happy day and the people I love to know that I love them from the bottom of my heart so thank you so much for touching so many people by sharing your precious beautiful life with us emily. For sure you and aisha have touched other people in the same way you've affected me :) xxx
