On 1st July 2024 hurricane Beryl made landfall as a category 4 destroying the sister islands of Carriacou and Petit Martinique.
On the mainland of Grenada most of the damages to houses were on the northern side of the island, but there were loads of fallen trees all over the island.
Here is an aerial look at Carriacou island ten days after the hurricane.

So much has been done already - amazing to see the progress since I was there last week. Poor windward, didn’t know Dover School was so badly affected. How is island moral?

Sir, can you fly over areas like prospect hall to show how this area was impacted? Part of me lives in Carriacou. Thanks again
  • Use some of the unwanted building materials and build shade for the livestock.
  • What drone are you using? And all the best to the recovery efforts. Prayers to Carriacou, Grenada and the W.I.
  • Where are those apartments the Chinese built. I think there are 4 or 6 of them together. I don't know where they are located. If you had a Gmail I can send a picture of them.
