The West the artic belongs to humanity it depends on which part of the artic that you guy's are talking about because if your part of the artic territory doesn't belong to humanity then forget it,the old game of playing the humanity game when it comes to other people's resources and then building high walls around yours with rules running from the south pole to the north pole to go with it no longer works.
