Preheat the oven 130 deg. c, bake for 1 hour. Do not open the oven while still cooking until the next day when it's cool. when it's done, leave the baked pavlova inside the oven until the next day. whip your double cream.

For toppings: 500 ml double cream, any fruit you like ( berries are the best)
optional fruit sauce when serving
