This is an awesome video and I wish more people would want to build this tight of homes. Just makes for such a better long lasting home. The hard part is finding and trusting subs to actually do the work the way you want it done. They would rather do it as fast as possible and do it how they have done things for years. Would love to see more videos of best practices for air sealing and the systems within the home that are needed for really tight homes.

Thank you guys for your great channel. Is it a good idea to use precut lumber by CNC machine (like Ready Frame....) to decrease human mistakes during framing. Personally I reach to the conclusion everything in construction started with precise framing. What is your experience about Ready Frame or similar products ?
