After Megan Thee Stallion's Hot Girl Summer, Twitter user @lasagnabby created the Christian Girl Autumn meme using an image of 2 Christian influencers. The tweet went viral, as people discussed pumpkin spiced lattes, blanket scarfs and all those typical fall things. Soon the influencers in the picture, Caitlin Covington and Emily Gemma found the meme and quickly became Twitter icons. Then the #ChristianGirlAutumn meme was flipped on its head and became one of the most wholesome stories and memes on stan twitter...

I love how hard you hit every syllable of “CHRIS -TI-AN”
  • @sheltertwo7957
They handled it well. Cheers to another christian girl autumn!

These girls continue to spread positivity, love, and appreciation for the little things in life, and I'm so glad they're being celebrated as the benevolent ICONS they are.

anyone else find it kind of horrifying how the internet purposely tries to catch people into a net and make them look like villains as a excuse to bully them? like what if they got angry at those memes? instead of stop doing it the internet would do everything in their power to tip them over the edge.
  • honestly i'm so glad that they're amazing people. lets give it up to them and have an amazing Christian girl autumn.

It's so nice seeing that we grew over the phase of making fun of the uggs and scarves girls, indicating that we are edgy and not basic and instead let truly everybody be themselves! I think the edgy phase was important and very funny but this outcome is absolutely wholesome

  • Maybe I’m wack but the Christian girl aesthetic is kinda really nice!! Really digging those scarves and colour palette

As a black athiest girl I love that people are finally embracing the spirit of autumn! From childhood I've always loved the season most, it's just so beautiful and cozy.

Damn, one of the VERY few “stan twitter”-related stories with a positive and heartwarming outcome.
  • @moththem2366

“Is there a Jewish girl autumn, Muslim girl autumn, Hindu, Buddhist, and even atheist?” Yes, there are always been and always will be.
  • @chee8572
I'm glad it ended well but I hate that anyone is cornered into proving they're a good person. The irony is deafening
  • @dvharlinq
“september is coming, and summer is ending!” laughs in australia
  • @mochann1133
She is the kind of Christian I aspire to be, not to be judgmental, but spread love
  • @aa-pj4vz
The first time stan twitter didnt demonize a christian white woman for once 😩
  • @zehanib7858
I really don't get the amount of hate/toxic jealously that Emily personally gets from the other influencers in her area and not to mention the rigid wives of other doctors. She honestly seems like a sweet, loving, and hard-working mother.

I could get behind Christians like this. People genuinely spreading positivity, inspiration and creating a diverse community around themselves that is bound together by laughing and loving. They don't see themselves as too cool, too special or too good to enjoy the "basic" things in life, to have a laugh at their own expense or to accept those who are different than them. The way they show their spirituality and promote the message behind it is beyond what words could express, it's something you could feel - it's about being one with nature, enjoying life, loving others, feeling gratitude for what you have and being confident in your self while staying humble. Of course, people are complex and I don’t know them but based on this situation I'm left with the impression that they are good women, trying to keep their hearts pure and their souls filled with love while navigating this scary, confusing world of ours. A good example of evolving your values and updating your moral compass to lead you through a world where both love and hate are rapidly progressing and the line between light and darkness has never been as blurry... Only having a soul glowing with virtue and a heart burning with love could help you travel through the icy fog of distorted dogma and lead you to reaching the truth without losing yourself.
