Hello Toby, Why some attorneys recommend on the deed to add the trust name first then trustee name and some recommend opposite? Like: BBB Trust, dated February 1, 2020, AAA, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Trustee OR AAA, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as Trustee of BBB Trust, dated February 1, 2020

How do you know when looking up a property if itβs owned by a land trust? Iβve seen LLC and individuals.
