For the overspray on the cup, I recommend trying isopropyl alcohol, a high number like 91%. Get a cotton swab, dap it into the alcohol and then just rub it against the outside of the cup (don’t apply any on the coffee inside the cup, as it may rub it off, and you’d have to paint it). I hope that helps out.
