Let's Tour Fallout 4 : Jamaica Plain

I don't know what happened, the online video is not the final version, the editing is still rough and the texts are missing. So here we are in Jamaica Plain. All the buildings have been redone (thanks to Spoonerdee for his tutorial on Snappy Housekit : / @spoonerdee ) or repaired when this was not possible otherwise, like for example the church which I could only repair.
The city is run by ghouls. At their head, Valerie Barstow, at least her synth version. Being the new director of the institute, I have no problem using the technology! On the program, the town hall, the gas station, the comics shop, the detective's office, the clinic, the newspaper, the robotics workshop, the armor seller (specialized in X-01), the generalist shop, the clothes, the mini barracks, the club, the New Defenders museum and the brothel ( hummm !). The church is the new lair of the RaildRoad. Now that I'm taking care of the synths, they have made the wise choice (!) to take care of the well-being of the ghouls. Deacon, then his synth, leads this fine team.
We don't visit all the houses because they are not all completed (the PC is already starting to melt while the city is not 100% finished...) and I doubt finishing them.
