TESTIMONIAL: Made these pork chops tonight alongside the dauphinoise potatoes (as per his recommendation at the end) and bye GOD there's no word to describe this level of delicious. All I can say is if you entertain guests, try this exact combination. People will be blown away. The potatoes are worth the price of admission alone. Nicely done, sir!
  • Made it, loved it. I didn't catch where or if the juices went back in so tossed it in after the balsamic reduction. Thanks for the fun informative videos. Highly recommend this!

Honestly man, I'm sad I just found you a month ago. You are absolutely awesome with your technique and teaching. Getting me excited to get back in the kitchen I work at which is seasonal. Kudos man, keep up the stellar work. I made your pork schnitzel recipe yesterday for my wife and I, knockout dude.
  • Made this for the first time and it was amazing! He definitely knows what he’s talking about. Rosemary salt is on point, a must have staple in the kitchen. Pork chops and sauce came out to perfection, adding this recipe to our collection. Thank you! Keep the recipes coming!
  • These look absolutely delicious! I generally do my chops on a weber with indirect heat (and a little fruity wood chips) then sear the last couple minutes but I will definitely be giving this a try soon!

This dude CAN cook! I really like the tempering step. I’ve pan-fried thick chops like this and they end up dried out before the center is cooked through. No more!
  • Making this for dinner today and have your brownies in the oven currently! Thanks so much! Your food is delicious. Had the filet this week too. 😘 so good.
  • @Rachelology
I actually made this and it 👏 was 👏 excellent 👏 Even though all I had was boneless chops, it still turned out juicy and flavourful. I am absolutely adding this into regular mealtime rotation.
  • I love this dude, he’s just got a great personality for what he does and not to mention an awesome chef

🌟I made this tonight. OMG! The sauce! The Pork Chop was fork tender and that's what I cut it with. I'm using the extra reduction for a chicken breast tommorow.
