The pans are my favourite! Cooking rice on the bottom pan and a dish on the top pan or even just one pan with the handle. The handle stays cool even after cooking is a time saver. Thank you for sharing your tips.

You young lady, are my favorite Instant Pot gal. Truly authentic.

The caddy for the stackable pans can be used instead of an aluminum foil sling for the bundt cake pan and other containers for pot-in-pot cooking. I have found that I can fit the trivet under the stackable pans to allow a bit more clearance between the bottom of the pot and whatever I'm cooking. I like to cook rice and other side dishes in a pyrex storage bowl. When it's finished cooking, let it cool a bit, put on the lid, and put it directly into the fridge.

Thank you for the mason jar info. I have so many and I've been wondering if I can use them in the Instant Pot.
  • Thanks so much... I was asked to provide a want list for a relative (for her to select a gift list) for her to know what to give me for Christmas. This was a perfect video as I have wanted to have some accessories for my 3 qt IP.

That colander type steamer basket is great for cooking meatloaf. It lets all the grease drain out, so you can even use fattier ground beef that's on sale. I use panko bread crumbs in meatloaf. I've used down to only 73% / 27% ground beef and never had a greasy one.
  • I don’t have a mini, but I got some new information that can be used with my 6qt. Thank you. Miss seeing the kids. Hope all is well with everyone.

I wish I could get these in Canada, all I could get was the steamer basket.
