Haiyaa sorry niece and nephew Uncle Roger make mistake. Dum is cooking method, not cooking vessel. Uncle Roger got confused because I don't speak the language. I just assume when people say "dum biryani" it mean what they cook biryani in. But that wrong assumption :_haiyaa:

They are yelling bcz, in the beginning of their channel they didn’t have a quality microphone to record their voice , so they had to make sure their voice is clear to the person who wathching the channel. But at the present it became something unique about their channel 😌😇

The reason they're yelling is because when they started making YOUTUBE videos they din have proper camera or mic. So they need to say every ingredients louder so it gets recorded properly. so i am from the same town as these guys and unfortunately they are not cooking/uploading for the past few months as the old man in the video is sick.they are soo humanitarian that they give this food away to kids and old ppl in their town.
