This is pretty crazy! I was doing this every day almost for a week or so and picturing myself on a tropical beach. Out of nowhere an old friend ( I hadn't seen in 10 years) messages me and invites me to a 5 star all inclusive vacation in the Caribbean for a week. My energy level was up at the time.

I took the Silva Method in Seattle Wa June of 1973. I started my dream job in July 1973. I went from School Security Guard to Sales Rep for ABC Records and Tapes. I am proof that it works. Thanks!

Silva was a great man IMO. He used what he learned to try and help everyone and anyone. I think his only goal was to help mankind. Truly a selfless and generous man.

My mom woke me up yesterday to do something and I couldn't get back to sleep when I wanted to. Put this on and WOW. Had a massive vivid dream. When I woke up I felt like new and recalled the whole dream which was about a friend's wife having a baby and teaching him how to swim. I told said friend about it and he let me in on a secret: They're expecting! Not only that but his wife keeps dreaming of her baby boy swimming. I strongly believe this recording is opening my intuitive self greatly

Listening to this everyday for over a month now. My whole world is better better and better. I've read his books and took the ultra mind course. I love how much my 6th sense is improved . My health is perfect. My ability to manifest is drastically improved. So has my conscience contact with my higher power(God).💞🌹

Someone will say I'm lying, or making hype but the call records are there, I just got a job offer after doing this whole meditation exercise, I even thought I had done it wrong and repeated it, felt a relaxation I haven't felt before. Then just as Mr. Silva was completing on the tape I got a call from a logistics company I had sent my CV to and had been to an interview for on Friday last week, just called me literally 5mins ago and told I got the job and should report in at the office 9am tomorrow morning.... I am right now dumbstruck and in awe and from an advert that I happened to not skip, have become a disciple and will immerse myself in all that's Mr. Jose Silva, a wizard..

My mother and father were silva instructors when I was young in the 60s-70s . I went through the class 100x or more. Listening to This is like a bedtime story for me. 🙏❤️🙏

When Jose Silva say to the end :" How do you feel ? Better and better , right ? " I have the feeling that he is my best friend, a father who encourages me and does not leave me alone, he is by my side to help me and wants to make sure that I am well ! Thank you Jose Silva and thank you Coleman for this video ! I feel a force near me to help me always when I need help !

My grandfather Dr. Robert B. Stone helped develop this. It has kept me sane through 20 years of abuse. He may have passed away when I was 11 but his legacy carries on within me. I am truly blessed.

I am very happy to be able to hear Jose Silva Mind Method again. I learned meditation from his cassette tapes. I lost my taped that flooded in Hurricane Katrina. I have never been able to find any since then until today when I came across this YouTube recording. I have never ever found any form of meditation that equaled his Method. Thanks to the person who recorded this message.

This is my first time hearing of this, I have just listened and did what was asked.. It was amazing, I had a out of body experience, I could see different layers closing even though my eyes were closed. Iv never experienced relaxation like it. And yes I am here after the Mind valley ad. Hello to all.

By saying YES to it, I found a job in a nice catering companey. By thanking myself, and everything around me most of the day I remained positive - then I got an Email from a band that wants me to paint for their debut album,and for good money!:) I think the biggest secret after this meditation, is to keep yourself positive, by being grateful for what comes your way - in any form.

Love the Silva method! I've been practicing it for 14 years now and have achieved practically anything I had set my mind to! Now I share my experiences and the tools that have worked for me.

The noise you hear is the "alpha sound" your brain waves match the tempo of the sound and slow down. It helps you get to alpha easier, and it's there purposely.
