Why in the world would anybody be exempt from punishment if they commit a serious crime or any crime y? Is that fair?
  • @lmcatech
This is not a real argument. The constitution is clear that no one is above the law. Period. End of discussion.

Debating whether or not a President has the right to run a criminal enterprise. Think about that.
  • @SergioAndrade77
What's next make him king? NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, WE THE PEOPLE!
  • @rambofan334
His base only wants him to be granted immunity because they know he's guilty.
  • @Runny117
0:12 We had 44 presidents that didn't need immunity. I think future presidents will be just fine not committing crimes
  • The fact that this is STILL a question is the real problem. Scrub the SCOTUS, term limits now
  • @jlopez3a
Question so clear cut won't have an answer till June? The supreme court is pathetic!
  • @sc2455
Anyone needing unlimited immunity is automatically unfit to hold that office

This should be a no brainer. No one is above the law. In some cases the president may be prosecuted. This is one of those cases.
  • This shouldn't even be a question. A president is not above the law. He is supposed to be a model for the law.
