Apply my method 😊 just take a pinch of turmeric powder and mix it with honey apply it once or twice in a day and your cold sore gets over within one day😉. I used to suffer a lot, my cold sore used to last more than 1 week but last month I found it myself about this trick. Hope it helps you 🙂. Reply me back if it works on you too.

Most of us dont have access to fresh lemon balm. I formulate teas. I have lots of dried lemon balm. Gonna try putting a heated lemon balm tea bag on it. Lavender, frankincense, coconut oil, hint of oregano oil is the recipe Ive always used.
