The toxicity between Clerith & Cloti is ridiculous. Can't even read the comments on the ending video without it lol. You can like both or one guys no need to shit on the other.

I like how the only romantic dates are Aerith's and Tifa's, while everyone else's is comedic through and through.

Man that Barrett date is really heartwarming and he gave Cloud some good advice he really is the dad of the group

Honestly, i never understood why ppl go crazy over cloud ships. Cloud never gets to have a real friendship with aerith cause she's gone by the time he returns to his normal self. Also, cloud and tifas relationships aren't even great afterward. Did we not see advent children he straight up ignores her the whole movie for aerith. And every other piece of ff7 media never should them in a happy light.

Yuffie’s date is surprisingly my favorite. She brings out the kid in Cloud, since he’s mentally like a 16 year old lol.

Cloud also says something during the intimate date (or his lips move at least) and the bg is "words drowned out by fireworks" 🎉🎉 wonder what he says!

The reason the Tifa and Cloud scene's feel so awkward (not just the date) is because they're figuring things out with eachother (like teenagers dating for the first time since they were both stunted in several ways after Nibelheim), that's how their relationship has always been. With Aerith it feels much smoother because she's leading it, and it's not because of any prior experience she has (since based off of CC at least since she's only been on a handful of dates with Zack anyway), but because she's emulating Zack's personality too (her and Tifa's personalities basically switched between when they were younger and now. Tifa's trauma made her more introverted, whereas meeting Zack made Aerith more outgoing). And watching Runebee's playthrough made me understand how supportive Tifa was throughout the entire game despite being shown all of the worst sides of Cloud, and how much he leans on her emotionally. I think the relationship dynamic has been handled well where they all mean different things to eachother.

Aerith just makes Cloud and hers romance flow better. Tifa is great, but at times, their past seems more baggage than wxtra sauce.

My throat hurts after watching Tifa's date, definitely had to break out the pillow for rhat one.

You're reaction to Tifa's date was mine too 😂 I also lean more towards Aerith, but when I watched the dates and he brought her up during Tifa's I was screaming at him "what are you doing, you idiot!" It was fun seeing your reactions to all of these! 😄

I understand why people are critical of the Tifa date, but I don’t honk it’s awesome because it was perfect, but because it made sense that it was still awkward and that Cloud was boneheaded. Yet they still love and want each other and overcoming their adversity in the end for a beautiful conclusion is the best. Even after they’re still awkward and have a long way to go and I look forward to it. Ultimately, even if it’s not canon that it actually happens, it’s not just fantasy fan service, it’s revealing to how they both feel about each other and that they can still eventually get to this point in the future. This date is just early if anything.

For me since i played the og when i was a kid, i think its weird they had the Tifa kiss on an optional scene. If they had put that kiss in the last part of the trilogy it would suit the pace better. Aerith was the best imo because it followed up the song she sang in the loveless. Thus that hand holding that i wasn't expecting and screamed when i got it, it felt muchore intimate and meaningful.

My date was with Aerith but low affinity version so no holding hands. Was a little disappointed but saw the high affinity version online, I was content.

I got Aerith and that makes storywise a lot of sense to me. I was very happy about it.

Tifa instant rebound comments just reeks of denial... And make Cloud look like a shallow asshole lol. Cloud had ample chances to make his move on Aerith throughtout Rebirth.. he just didnt.. that dream date bit near the end when Aerith says she likes him... He could have taken the cue (much like he did when Tifa says is she getting ahead of her herself again)... But he didnt. He only wanted to make a move on Tifa.

Just so you guys know, if you maximize aerith and tifa you get a slightly different scene on the date. Which this video didnt show.
