As a physician I am amazed to see such a sharp 100 yr old fellow soldier. Bless his heart !every word he is saying is worth the price of gold. Change your diet, exercise and you will have quality of life and sure save those health care dollars !! 🙏

I never seen a 100 year old person mentally is so sharp after my Grand Father who died at the age of 110 years in good mental and physical health (never smoked, over eating, walking & praying).. My dad is 87 years and still in good health. Study shows most people who prays regularly lives longer than who does not. God bless this doctor and the pastor.

What a great guy. Personally I'm not worried about when God decides I've fulfilled my life purpose for him whether I'm 50 or 100. Have I loved others with all my heart, have I shown kindness and compassion.

Doctor Scharffenberg I eat tofu since i was young I love walking 10,000+ I don't drink alcohol I don't smoke I eat colorful vegetables I eat walnut/brizel nut I put flaxseed and chia seeds in my vege/fruit smoothie I eat no processed food I eat Keto diet without beef,pork, lamb, butter, cheese. I take Vatiman D3 I eat Avocado/EVOO I cook my veggies with water I eat garlic/ginger/ green onion I take no medicine I love myself ❤ I am not over weight I feel happy and healthy Doctor i am so happy to see you on YouTube you look great/confident and healthy I believe i can't control my birth,old,sick and death but i can control what i eat ( 2-3 meal a day). My step father lived to 101 and smoked most his life, ate all fat. He was amazing. His main thing was his faith and a easy going demeanor. Always joking and lighthearted. I’m not buying the vegetarian diet. I’m happy this man is still going strong but all his advice needs to be questioned. You will live as long as God allows you.

My great uncle whose name was Fred Ward was a SDA missionary to the Pitcairn Islands for 23yrs. He lived to 100. I saw him when he was 90 when I was 18. I hadn't seen him for years before then. I was amazed how fit and sprightly he was.

My grandmother's youngest brother is also 100 years old. He is a retired family physician, military doctor, and gastroenterelogist. These days he makes himself busy with plants, puzzles, and drawing mandalas, to name a few. He is still sharp.

Main things to a long life are: find meaning in your life. Creating life long friendships. Eat healthy and of course, exercise every day.

I knew Dr Scharffenberg from Liberia in 2002 March to April. He preach there for two weeks and a church was established called King Emmanuel. And he became a great help to me especially after our last war until i was told he's no more. Upon seeing him to day speaks volume.

Dr John is definitely right I lost 15kgs in two weeks without realising because of 30 minutes exercise, fruits and veg diet, I felt good, smart in every sense of the word. I really love this talk
