Good Day Mandy, I grew up in NYC and frequently went to Chinatown and one of my favorite dishes was Cantonese Chow Mein but they served it over crispy hot noodles. I can still remember hearing the sizzle when they put the Beef and veggies over the noodles, so good. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day โ๏ธ
