Simone Biles and Suni Lee are reflecting on the Women’s All-Around Final at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The two ladies chatted with reporters at a press conference following the event and Simone revealed she was “stressing” competing against Brazil’s Rebecca Andrade. After her epic gold-medal win, Simone sported a GOAT necklace and told reporters why she opted for the fun accessory. “My GOAT necklace is just kind of an ode because the people love it and then some people hate it, so it’s like the best of both worlds,” she said. “I was like, ‘Okay, if it goes well, we’ll wear the GOAT necklace, I know people will go crazy over it.' But at the end of the day, it is crazy that I am in the conversation of greatest of all athletes because I just still think I’m Simone Biles of Spring, Texas that loves to flip.” Suni also admitted she and Simone were “freaking out” calculating scores during the final. “Having Simone here today, definitely helped me a lot because we were both freaking out, so it just felt nice to know that I wasn’t freaking out by myself,” Suni told reporters. “We were literally like calculating. What did I say? I was like, ‘I don’t even know how to do math in my head and she’s like me either,” she added.

  • I am brazilian and I can't describe how proud I feel about Rebeca seeing the GOAT recognizing our athlet ❤🇧🇷🇺🇸
  • @rebeltvr6046
Biles was sexually assaulted and Lee suffers from kidney disease, yet they both reached the top. Both women showed great toughness.

Congratulations to Simone, Suni and Rebeca. Rebeca is to Brazil what Simone is to us here in the US. Rebeca is the greatest Brazilian gymnast of all time and one of the few gymnasts that will be able to tell the story to aspiring little girls in her country of how she kept Simone Biles, the best to ever do it, on her toes!
  • @johnlabus7359
What's funny is that gymnastics has traditionally been a game of fractions of a point, and Simone thinks that more than 1 full point is too close for comfort! She's clearly the GOAT!

1:49 love that Simone had a therapist. It just goes to show you that mental health is a MAJOR factor in succeeding in life.
  • Im Brazilian and Biles talking about Rebeca is growing the sport in Brazil! It’s amazing!! 🤍
  • “ I’m still Simone Biles from Spring Texas, that loves to flip.” ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Congratulations ladies

I support Simone with all my heart but gosh dang it Rebeca was really really goooood yesterday. I swear I’ve never seen someone make Simone so stressed out in a competition like that. It’s also super nice to hear Simone give Rebeca her flowers too saying how freaking good she is. ❤️ Rebeca always shows love to Simone and Suni too, I swear the sportsmanship is so lovely to watch. Such greats inspirations for young little girls watching at home ❤❤❤
  • @msturner7621

I just love how Simone and Rebecca push each other to be better versions of themselves and compete better. Leaving the competition aside, they're such good friends, good athletes. Simone matured so much.
  • As a Brazilian myself, I just want to say thank you to Simone for being, not just respectfull, but encouraging and lovable to Rebeca, who absolutly deserved that medal and the ones to come. These women represent the best about sports: Excellence, Resilience, Community.
  • Simone seems like a really good leader and mentor. You can tell that Suni and Jordan look up to her.
  • So proud of Simone and Suni!... Health comes first, then medals!🏅 🐐 🙌🏾
  • 04:58 "I don't wanna compete with rebeca no more, I'm tired" rebeca's talent motivating simone to do bigger and better is the ultimate of admiration for an athlete in this sport/ everywhere
  • @DiuQuy
So appreciate Simone sharing about seeing her therapist, normalizing therapy and taking care of your mental health

No idea Rebecca was sitting right there!!! How awesome imagine if she was super fluent the convos in the press 😍😍
  • @djfashow
So she pulled out the Biles II just for Rebeca 😂. She said I’m not bringing no knife to a gunfight! 😂

What I loved about today was how they earned their respective medals. Simone brought her A game and despite briefly falling behind after the bars, she dominated on the beam and floor to win. She further added to her credentials as the unquestioned GOAT. Suni was clutch as fuck. She started with a relatively low score on the vault, but delivered beautifully on the bars, beam, and floor (too low of a score on that, if you ask me) to claw her way back and earn her second consecutive medal, a near herculean feat on its own. I hope this is not the last time we see her at the Olympics. Great day for US gymnastics. I look forward to the individual events.
  • Simone made it pretty clear she’s done, she’s accomplished so incredibly much in these three Olympics. I’m so proud of her. Can’t wait to see what new prodigy emerges in the next four years 🙌🏾😭
