My heart was raised some 8 years ago, then after 3 years of prevarication I devoted myself to the only thing I was able to do. Write, since then have been going from strength to strength although somewhat physically disabled and slow. I am not a starseed but seem to emulate some of the things you talk about. My search for truth and justice drives me in these insane times. Never felt so energised than now at 73.

Wow! Thank you! I'm determent to eat even more healthy. Drsign myself a strick diet. I'm vegan, but know this is not a nesessity for "everyone!". I've been brutal with clearing out my home, started even bedore 1st January! Still clearing. Just feel the need stronger than ever. I always do a major clearout in January, but this year, is bigger. I've also been waking up for the last 4 months in the middle of the night (feeling my whole body vibrating). It feels amazing! It feels like i can heal and "change" anything!
