If it aint the tweakers trying to trash out pathway or loose dogs it s the morons with no regard for big yellow pedestrian sign at the crosswalk.
This where speeding biker with no plates ran into locomotive out by BMX park at the end of West St. This happens everyday, my bike and i are pedestrians while in crosswalk, and almost across street when he sped by.
