  • Our second tour on the famous ‘Billionaires Row’ 🇬🇧 Hope you enjoy this tour. If you’re interested in this property as a potential buyer and would like to find out more check out this link - forms.gle/QpMmVBi6jmwGky77A

The exterior is the best thing about this house
  • @S_A_S_H_A_
Beautiful presentation! Unfortunately, the house while having lots of space falls short on esthetic. It will need a full gut renovation.

Living here must be like living in an expensive modern hotel. There is no charm to this house, it feels soulless. It is up to a talented architect and inspired designer to create a good living space and then the owners need to turn it into a home. But this house just feels like a project someone has thrown a lot of money at. The developer clearly had a particular type of buyer in mind. The one with a lot of money and little taste. Just one question - why would you decide to spend money in England on buying a house and buy this?
  • That hallway is horrendous. Eyes drawn to a lift - just looks like the entrance to some grim office block. I like the dangly lights though 👍
  • @lawrencer25
Seems very tacky to me . So much money wasted
  • @999999k18
Interior design is gross and tacky - Crystal studs in the entrance 🤮
  • @davewesley11
Ooohh dear What can I say ..I can say if someone told me the last owner was from the middle east that would all make sense. It was soo bling. Looks like they said decorate it and spend as much as you want just send me the bill after. Few things id like to know .Where does the car go when it goes down that lift thing? . And what about he garden was there any ?
  • @David-xc4us
I think the interior designer had a footballer and his WAG in mind
  • @g.p616
This is a dreadful design and build IMO. Massive house, far too big for the plot, virtually touching the next-door property; Lifts taken straight from an office with stainless steel enclosures; Plastic (yes, plastic) windows throughout! Tiled ceramic floors over concrete superstructure, even in the bedrooms! - no wooden flooring anywhere. The marble wall tiling in the principle bathroom not even book-matched. Obviously location is everything, but with a 4 min walk to East Finchley Tube it's at the wrong end of The Bishops Avenue! Imagine a foreign buyer purchasing this to find out they are actually living in East Finchley rather than at the Hampstead end by Kenwood...Ha! Still, Fair-Play to the developer and E.A is they can swing this.
  • @hhtproperties
The camera control is underrated here it can’t be easy routing around so many reflective surfaces and not end up filming yourself throughout!
  • @Ash-fw4uk
Gaudy is the only word that comes to mind! It’s the kind of decor, someone who’s been poor all their life and suddenly wins the lottery, might think is stylish. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
  • @DS-fo4ed
Someone’s visited Dubai before briefing the interior designers. Horrific.
  • Windsor House first came onto the market on 23.11.2011 with a guide price of £18.5m and I must admit when it launched as a brand new property it looked spectacular, but it was listed for a long time with no offers and quite a few price changes; significantly on 09.04.2013 the price was reduced down to £16m and again on 01.05.2014 the price was reduced once more to £12.5m before increasing up to £17m on 18.05.2015, and that was the last recorded date I have of this property. I've never once seen it under offer or even sold so I'm not sure if it has ever been lived in since it first came onto the market. The entrance hall and staircase is spectacular and has that wow factor, but I have to say after seeing this video walkthrough I'm beginning to understand why it has never found a buyer - the video is great by the way but the house is not that amazing when you see it up close and personal. As much as I liked this property when it was first listed in 2011 if I was fortunate enough to have £13.5m to spend on a Bishops Avenue mansion, there are many better homes than this one.
  • @blue7lvn245
Looks and prbly feels like a cheap apple store. I've seen hotel lobby's that are more warm
  • @natedawg2p
Cost same again to get the place decorated. Nice house shocking interior
  • @jettsetter800
Spend 13.5mil to buy the property, then spend at LEAST another million to 5 million to hire an interior designer to redo all the interiors of the whole property.
  • This is like what poor people think rich houses look like. GTA kinda vibes. Looks cold, and miserable. White walls with art would be a much better look than this nightclub toilet from 2009.
  • @janbrian7307
It looks more like a hotel than a home! 🤷‍♀️
