I actually prefer open cabinets because if i don't see what i have i forget i have it and never use it (or buy another one on Amazon LOL) so i take off all the cabinet doors 😆 Yours look amazing!!! So much better than the dark.

The new kitchen Colour combination looks amazing. It has definitely opened up the space. For the counter top, as a temporary fix you can use contact papers until you get it changed.
