Two options at BKK airport, this video covers only the gate 8 testing facility. The antigen test is 250 baht with medical certificate, airlines almost always need it. Check with your airline.

150 baht only for the antigen test without the medical certificate.

The wait time for the antigen test is 30-40 mins, go eat some Thai food at the street food hall near gate 8, see my short video that shows you what is inside the street food hall.

There is another testing facility at gate 2, it is 550 baht with certificate. It is faster because there are usually less people.

I prefer this facility because you can get a meal while they are preparing your results.
