After spending years in prison, after being moved to the halfway house a new disaster of disorganization struck. Jonathan was at the halfway house and was starting his job search. After being transported to see his cancer Dr. he was expecting to return to the halfway house. They took him to Northern State Prison for quarantine instead.
Keep in mind, there are people in quarantine who were expecting to stay 10 days and have remained for 45+ days. The building they are using was condemned and now we know why. It appears a test of the water came back positive for COVID. In addition a reason the water in the cells is brown is because they building has a maintenance issue where the swear water is mixing with freshwater so the entire supply might be contaminated.
Mr. Hickson is nearing stage 4 cancer and is in urgent need of a visit to his Dr. and then a return to the halfway house.
