Who doesn’t love Chicken Creole🔥🙌?! This chicken and tomato dish has so much flavor, it’s perfect when served over rice! Serve it to family on a cozy night for a Leveled-Up comfort food meal this holiday season!

Chicken Creole Ingredients

4 to 6 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless and cut into inch size pieces)

1/4 cp Oil

1 medium Onion, chopped

1 Green Pepper, chopped

1 cp Celery, chopped

1 14.5 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained

1 cp Chicken Broth

1 6 oz can Tomato Paste

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp each of the following (Dried Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Marjoram, and minced Garlic)

2 cups Rice (cooked according to package directions.)

  • This actually was the first dish I learned to cook as a teenager. The Italians call it chicken cacciatore, but being from Louisiana we make it spicy and serve over saffron rice.
  • I see AB has leveled up his kitchen! I’m glad he’s getting deals and getting some money! But I hope he doesn’t stray too far from what made him so popular in the first place…. Keeping these recipes simple and taking the mystery out of cooking. Oh and not needing all those fancy cooking tools.. one of the reasons I love AB’s channel is that I can go in my cupboard and find just what I need to make the recipe. That’s what made me keep coming back to that channel.

    kinda miss the old AB, this is high high production but the simpleness of the old recipes was what kept me coming back. most of these youtube chefs are trying to be high end and put a bunch of weird ingredients nobody has in their recipes. AB's recipes were always simple and good, everyone could make them.

  • I have a Hexclad pan and do enjoy it. I still prefer my much cheaper cast iron pans… I think I’m just old school lol
