Tried the impossible turn. That is a spin stall and sure death if done at a low altitude.

Pilot is able to prepare for such an emergency as long as he plans for it ahead of time. You must know the airplane performnance, safe altitude and proper speed that can assure a safe return to airport. They are all different to all aircraft. RIP

No mention of flight plan filed and no ID of the victims? Weird.

They want people to call in if they have information, but gave us no information, not even the airplane number or anything to identify the people from the accident...smh.

At 0:57, a turn back just as "risky" as flying straight ahead into a dense business park or an apartment complex. Balling it up in the airport environment is infinitely better than the news showing a flaming inferno in a school classroom.

You can turn 180 only if you have enough altitude, above 1,500 feet.

stop stalling the planes even if you have an engine out keep the nose down and land where you have to land. but for fk sake, stop stalling the plane. you will fall out of the air if you stall. Your odds drop to almost Zero if you stall but if you glide land you have a 50/50
