I'm baffled that they didn't wanna make anymore seasons, this was one of the better shows of this time

Camina Drummer is easily my favorite character from the show, and Cara Gee played her perfectly. I especially loved her friendship/rivalry with Ashford, it was always such a joy to see both of them in a scene playing off one another.

John Anderton: Minority Report, Joseph Cooper : Interstellar, Jason Nesmith: Galaxy Quest, Doug Quaid: Total Recall 1990, Kevin Flynn: Tron 1982, Kara Thrace: Battlestar Galactica

I love the character arc of drummer. Her getting to the top was a long series of extreme highs and lows, and in the end she pulled off a silent coup which was totally in character. Excellent writing through and through, and an excellent performance from Cara Gee!

I loved the Ashford and Drummer duo. They were excellent how they played off each other, supported each other, and hated each other. That's a damn good friendship.

This show was filled to the brim with characters step above the best characters of any other show. For me, the best sci-fi show ever made.

To be clear, Naomi's problem with Clarissa is not her relationship with Amos, it's the fact that she's murdered numerous people, tried to frame Holden for murder, as a result almost got the Roci and everyone on it destroyed by the Behemoth's torpedo, and personally tried to murder Naomi with a mech suit. Also, I would say Duarte in the show is still depicted as quite sincere and respectful - to all those worthy of his respect (in his eyes). Laconia has no patience for people they view as ungrateful terrorists and malcontents. They have no respect for Marco's faction, simply using them as a tool. I don't really see the on screen portrayal as at all inconsistent with the books.

In my opinion, I think this was definitely one of the best sci-fi shows ever created. It had great character arcs that went very deep. The battles in space were simply amazing.

The Strange Dogs part of the season only made sense as a teaser for more Expanse sometime in the future. Whether that will happen remains unknown.

The Stargate O'Neill reference , whether intentionally or not, is a reference to the movie and not the show. O'Neil in the movie had only one 'L'. When RDA accepted the role for the show he differentiated the character from the movie not just with the humor but by adding a second 'L' to O'Neill. In the show he caled it out a few times saying there was another O'Neill in the Airforce with only 1L and that he has no sense of humor.

I really hope the final 3 books make it to series. I’m currently reading the books right now, they are amazing… The TV programme is incredible… and an adaptation of a story this epic, deserves its true finale. One of the most impressive things I take from the TV programme, is the actors’ portrayal of the characters. They are absolutely spot-on and a true nod to the source material.
  • You know the sad thing? Amazon dropped a show like this and is making a show like The Rings of Power. Even if it didn't follow the other books. You have so many stories you could tell. It had an amazing cast, crew, and writers.

I actually really enjoyed the dog storyline. I've read the main books and was thrown for a loop when Cara and Xan showed up. It was really nice to get a little backstory on them, and get a glimpse of early day Laconia. It didn't take too much screen time, and while I'm usually not a fan of child actors those two were fine

I had no idea any of this existed until about 3 weeks ago. I am a life long sci-fi fan. This has very quickly became one of my favorites. I have to know the rest of the story and plan on reading the books. But I really wish it would have not gotten canceled.

Never seen an episode of the Expanse and know absolutely nothing about it, but came to like the vid anyway cuz I love you Alt
  • I love that one of the names on the display is ‘Buck, E.’ Seems like a good mission for an ODST.
