One of my all time favorite games. I'd been hoping for a remake of this game with all the missing stuff finished for ages. Never thought they'd actually do it though.

I do wish they'd make new games with pre rendered backgrounds. The only instance of this i can even think of is Pillars Of Eternity and the new Fantasian which both look absolutely outstanding.

I am so stoked for this! I day-one'd the original in '98 and have this one pre-ordered, locked & loaded. I will say straight away that the non-linear aspects can make it easy to get distracted, but it's also cool to be able to go off the beaten path so early in a JRPG.

I like the prerendered backgrounds and the combo moves during battles looks cool. Might even consider a physical copy for this one.

CANT WAIT!!!!Not sure if this is still a thing, but in Blue's scenario, there is a battle where if he loses, you get any and all LP restored. So all the items I bought with my LP were basically free. Definitely Double Dipping with the physical copy from PlayAsia
