    I cant help but feel like the guy who inherited that house has just disgraced Ediths memory by instantly selling it and whats more for a mere pittance from her original offer . that house would of only gone up in value due to its history , it will probably be sold and knocked down .. that guy may aswell find her grave squat over it and lay a big fat S***.

    If i was her i would have told them they can tear it down and build me a townhouse blended into the mall that way everything will look nice, pay me 200k and pay for my utilities until i die lol I dont see anything wrong with selling the house after she passed, she got to pass in her home and that is what was important!! none of our homes will last forever after we are gone!!!
