This hit deep. I recently lost someone and everything lyrically really hit hard. I’ve not cried on the first listen of a song in a long while until this. I know things like this are said a lot, but genuinely thank you for this, really explains a lot of emotions I’ve not been able to put into words over the past two months. This song already means a lot, so thank you for something that will more than likely help the healing process, this song couldn’t have come at a better time ❤️

One a real note; This song is amazing. Next month is the 6 year anniversary of my cousin horrific car accident that hit my family so hard. My husband lost his battle to depression at 25 years old 2 days ago. He always told me his desires for his funeral since he felt his time was running out. He wanted us to play this song as a final goodbye from him to us and to dress him in violet cause is his favorite color. Today I had to go and buy the clothes that he’ll rest forever and I felt that he guided me through it and I ended buying a lilac sweater and a beanie in same color. I felt his company so close to me through this process thanks to this song that expressed every last wish he had. Thanks Grayscale cause this song means a lot to me and will help me in this long journey as a 27 year old widow. He is free and he is resting and I’ll smile cause his pain no longer exists and he’s at peace now. 💜💜

You guys and your music have helped me through everything, from my buddy shooting your video for pallets, meeting Colin Dallas and nick outside of the BMTH show in Philly a few years ago, you guys have always been blasted in my car since then. I saw Grayscale open for The Maine a few times and then saw them play on their own tour in September. And they are amazing. I was able to catch them before they played and they are really nice guys and let me interrupt to talk to them. They are just awesome.
