Army military dogs have long been an integral part of military operations, serving as loyal companions and invaluable assets in the field. These specially trained dogs are highly skilled and play critical roles in detecting explosives, locating hidden objects, and tracking enemy combatants.
In World War II, they were used for a wide range of tasks, including guard duty, mine detection, and tracking. Many of these dogs were donated by hundreds of families across the country.
