She’s so beautiful that i’ve decided to get kelly 28 in color gold and GHW from pre-loved market since seeing how your kelly stayed in fabulous shape after all the years. I live in bangkok, i found one bag almost match with my requirement but it has GHW. I find SHW cute but not as charming like GHW 😖

I have a suggestion that is inspired from an Hermes collector. She tied a knot on both sides of the leather strap, just above the clasp is. In that way, it shortens the strap but not as short as your canvas alternative. You may not be a fan of it as it may come out a little bit casual-formal, but you might give that idea a try :)

this video is just what i need it, i have the same bag just silver hardware and it has the same corner wear, im considering bring it to hermes to fix it, but 8 moths is A LOT, why they take so long! is crazy! they should do it in les then 24 hs considering how much we pay for ther bags ....
