Portland with Bill Walton won a title in 1970’s vs. Dr. J’s 76ers and faced Isiah Thomas and then Michael Jordan in 1990’s. Phoenix was in Finals vs. Boston in 1970’s. With Barkley in 1993 vs. MJ. And just recently vs. the Bucks. All losses, but they came close. Still no title for them. The Wizards were still the Bullets when they made a lot of Finals in 1970’s and won one title.
