This is why Conan rocks. He actually has a real relationship with his assistant and staff unlike Ellen. When Conan made the jump from NYC to LA years ago, his whole staff and crew came and he made sure everything was paid for. When he got canned from NBC, he took his payout money and used it to pay his staff and crew during that whole chaotic time. He really cares for the people around him because he knows it's them that allows him to do what he does.

You can tell Sona GETS his humor and in turn he LOVES makin her laugh. I'd say he stays sharp by his non stop reparte with Sona. Now it's developed into a partnership with real comic chemistry.

The story goes---Sona was interviewing for another position, but Conan thought she was interviewing to be his assistant. He liked her, and gave her the job. Even the way those two met, was wacky! They're a living, breathing, sitcom! I absolutely adore Sona! Conan, can Sona be your assistant, forever? And Sona, can you be Conan's assistant, forever? Any and all new endeavors you partake in Conan, and if it is feasibly possible, take Sona with you!
