On this episode we feature Gordon's 1990 BMW E30 Turbo Budget Build. He purchased the car in very rough shape and spent the past year restoring it to it's current glory. It's still running the factory 2.5L inline 6(M20B25) with an $800 ebay turbo kit and supporting modifications. He built and tuned this awesome BMW himself, watch along to learn everything about it!

Long time builder here...owned/operated chassis dyno/fabrication shop, did mostly one off forced induction builds....I really like this build. It's executed well for the investment and really created a nice package. Well done and well put together for something that a lot of people can attain and build without a crazy investment.

One important thing a lot of people forget about is power to weight Ratio. With a build like this where the power to weight Ratio is perfect low horse power is super fun

Well bought my first E30 (3/31/1990) It will hold 500 on the lower end so 400 with a 100 hp margin that's a daily today.. LOVE the job keep it up....
