As a person who lives in Israel, I can say that it's pretty damn accurate for the big majority of the country.

I am Persian (borned and live in Germany) and travelled to Israel. Everywhere i met welcoming and warm people. They do not mind that my parents are from Iran. Israel is a beautiful country and not an apartheid-state like the media wants to present it.

I'm neither a Jew nor a Palestinian nor an Arab and I've been staying in Palestine and circulated to all parts of East Jerusalem, Jerusalem, and of course Israel as well. I could not find a more safer place to live. I was amazed to see very young girls and young men carrying their full armor and guns in shops, trains, and buses as if they were carrying ordinary bags and stuff. I've stayed with Palestinian family through Air B n B,. They are a lovely family. I think the real problems are that Hamas keeps brainwashing the Palestinians against Israel and the Americans. That's all. I would recommend Israel to everybody who wants to visit a really different country. Shalom

I'm from Russia. When we had a tour to Jericho organized by an Israeli travel agency for Russian speakers we were accompanied by Israeli guides, moreover there were many Israelis among us, but the Arabs treated us friendly. The Israeli guides were also welcome by the local merchants who are aware that the guides bring tourists to them which is favorable for commerce. However, it's not a secret that some Israelis were slaughtered when they occasionally came to Palestinian towns. While in Israel the Palestinians are everywhere, lots of them are working in construction and no one cares whether you are a Jew or an Arab or American, etc. Israeli people are very tolerant and friendly indeed.
