I met her in 2010 after her show she got out of her limo talked to evrysingle person who waited for her. Signed everything took selfies, thanked everyone who saw the show asked what their favorite part was and asked if they had any questions for her. It was like a mini show. She was what everyone in hollywood should be. A class act.

Can you imagine the comedy gems that this lady would be dropping in todays society?!?!!! Omg, what I would give for her to still be here making us laugh! Love and miss you Joan ❤️
  • “If you’re making $20million a movie, and I don’t like your dress, that’s not tragic.”🤷‍♀️

She was the most generous person i ever worked for. . . gave loads of jewelry to me for my mom, sisters any female acquaintances. Box after box, austraian crystals in necklaces, earrings, bracelets you name it. She loved and took care of her sister. I was so gratefull to have some of her products to pass on to family, made them feel very special indeed. Funny and unapologetic. She is loved missed, I am blessed to have memories of powerfull light she shone. Rest in pease.

Words cannot begin to express how much I love Joan Rivers. The world isn't the same without her or her incredible sense of humor. May she rest in peace
  • “”too outrageous and didn’t play the game”, “but it’s never meant to be mean.” Exactly!
  • Absolutely adored her - loved her joke “No man has ever put his hand up a woman’s skirt looking for a library card” 😂 she was an absolute legend x
  • Joan Rivers had her little issues, but one thing no one can deny is that the lady was always, TRUTHFUL & VERY HONEST!

She didn’t only dish it out. She absorbed humorously and gracefully, jokes about her being ugly in the 70’s. And they came hard but she never flinched or fussed. As a child, that was remarkable to me. It fostered patience in me. Love her to bits!

I miss her. She used to live in my town. I never got to meet her, but her neighbors say she was a superb, soulful lady. I believe it. Rest in peace, Joan.

OMG, the "John Travolta" comment was the best!! I, literally, laughed out loud with surprise! Gotta lover her!

I miss her so much, so much. I remember crying when i knew she died. Joan is easily one of the best stan up comedians of all time.
  • "My water broke - my dog drowned". Such smart clean humour. I enjoy raunchy humour but Joan's is very good basic jokey humour.

I got to meet Joan Rivers backstage at the Law Vegas Hilton because a client of mine worked there and knew I loved her act. It was the 3rd time I got to see her live, and she signed her "Heidi Abramowitz" book for me. I got to see her a couple of times after that (approx. 1992) backstage visit, but never again in person. I remember asking her "Can we talk, Joannie?", lol, about a friend we had in common, Louis Anderson....she was open and honest, no filter on that one. One of a kind, for sure. RIP, Joannie.

There hasn’t been a funnier lady to grace this planet. We love you Joan & you are missed. X

Oh God, she was so GOOD, she is so much needed in this time where everything looks like a tragic comedy. Imagine her commentary on the Kardashians, the tiktokers, the youtubers drama and everybody wanting to sell makeup.
