My husband asked to see our kids for the last time cos he knew he was dying but Jesus wrapped his love around us. He is now healed. How can I forget what Jesus has done!!!!!

I came from an abusive home and an abusive relationship almost ended my life. At the age of 17 I was stabbed in the chest and in the back with a kitchen knife. Even though I was an atheist at the time, when I was dying on the ground I prayed to God and He saved me from death. The knife came 1 centimeter from my heart, went through my liver, punctured my lung and put a hernia in my diaphragm. I was airlifted, given a unit of blood and had life saving surgery. I died and was brought back a few times on the operating table. I don't remember much, but I do remember having a conversation with someone and feeling peace. No ego, no body, just spirit. I wish that I could tell you that right after that I turned my life around and gave my life to Jesus, but it took more bad decisions and wrong turns to end up there. I was a single mother by the time that had happened. The father of my child was the one who had stabbed me. My mother had disowned me for refusing to have an abortion. Desperate, scared and alone I turned to an emotionally abusive man. This would end up being the father to my second child. At 21 I could barely afford my rent for the apartment I had. This man acted so nice in the beginning and I ignored all of the red flags. I moved in with him and within a year was pregnant and was too sick to work. After being 100 percent financially dependent on him he started to show his true colors. Emotional and sexual abuse were almost a daily occurrence. I stayed for 6 years. But during that time I became interested in learning about the bible and I found God. I prayed so hard because I didn't even know I was being abused. I thought it was all my fault. I wanted to die. The life that I had begged to be spared I now wanted to end. I finally ended up leaving him. I had nowhere to go except my mom's ex husband's house(he is a father figure to me even after they divorced). I stayed in a tiny little bedroom with my 2 daughters for 8 months until I got my own place. Within 8 months I had a car, my own place, and a savings. Mathematically it makes no sense. As a housekeeper at a small bed and breakfast I don't make that much money. I got involved with a church that paid the whole amount for me to move into my place so I was able to keep my savings. Everything that seemed hopeless had come together. Now at the age of 31 I have an even nicer place to live, a boyfriend who loves me and respects me, two beautiful daughters.. I received everything I prayed for and more. God has saved my life so many times. I have been through too much and experienced too much of God's grace to doubt. God is real!! And He loves us all! I am so thankful to have the beautiful life that I now have! Praise God!

Brothers and sisters, I don’t know who will see this comment, but I ask you to pray for my grandmother, she has cancer and she is suffering, I ask you please, I believe Jesus You are healing and life...!!
